CCAY multiple full cone nozzles can produce very fine droplets using only hydraulic pressure used to creating cooling effect. The full cone spray pattern results from the interaction of several hollow cone sprays. Since the droplet size partly depends upon the nozzle size (among other factors), these multi-orifice nozzles produce a finer spray than a standard full cone single-orifice nozzle working at the same pressure and delivering the same quantity of liquid. The design of CCAY nozzle bodies produces a wide-angle spray while maintaining the fine droplet dimensions. Materials of construction available both stainless steel and brass. Flow rates are between Metric K factor 2 up to 283 I/min * bar"2 according to demand. Connection to fire mains, threaded from ½" up to 2" determined according to flow rate.
